Cubs in Scouting

Cub Scouts are young people usually aged between 8 1/2 to 10 1/2 years old. They belong to the second Section of the Scouting family.

Young people can join 8th Ashford Cub Pack if they have been a Beaver Scout with the group, and this move between sections takes place between the age of 8 - 8 1/2 years old and only when a space becomes available.

Recognised by their bottle green sweatshirts, 8th Ashford Cub Scouts enjoy an active program, including camping,cooking, environmental challenges, sports competions, visits and much more.
